The 1099-MISC is issued by the payer to the contractor, if one is required. If one isn't required then you won't get one, (and even if it is required you might not receive one); you don't issue a 1099-MISC to yourself.
Even if you don't get a 1099-MISC you are still obligated to report all income received to the IRS, using your own books and records. When you get into the business section of the program, if you have no 1099-MISC's to enter simply skip that interview all together. You'll enter your income based on your own books and records as "general" income, income that hasn't been reported on a 1099-MISC.
