The problem was not that I couldn't file my returns. The problem was that I couldn't complete the purchase of the state program. All my information was correct and the credit card verification code checked out but the blue "continue" wouldn't activate. After many attempts to get through the automated phone system, Jennifer was able to manually correct the situation.
