You do not report it since your daughter was not your dependent. Give the form to your daughter or who ever is claiming her as a dependent. They would file it with their income tax return.

- They will use the information from the Form 1095-A to calculate the amount of their premium tax credit. They will also use this form to reconcile advance payments of the premium tax credit made on her behalf with the premium tax credit they are claiming on their tax return. To do this they will use Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit, which they file with your tax return.
- The Form 1095-A will tell them the dates of coverage, total amount of the monthly premiums for her insurance plan, the second lowest cost silver plan premium that she may use to determine the amount of their premium tax credit, and amounts of advance payments of the premium tax credit.
