Form 14039 is the IdentityTheft Affidavit. You may have inadvertently indicated that you were a victim of Identity Theft. The form will populate automatically in this instance as a security measure. If you were not a victim of Identity Theft you do not need the form. Please follow the steps below to delete the form in TurboTax Online.

Sign into your Online account.
- Go to My Account at the top then Tools.

In the Tools Center pop up window select Delete a Form.
- Then select Delete next to Form 14039 and confirm the deletion.
