Get your taxes done using TurboTax

To add Form 14039 (Identity Theft Affidavit) in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign into your Online acccount.
2. Click the orange button that says "Take me to my return."
3. Go to Federal Taxes at the top.
4. Then Other Tax Situations.
5. Scroll down to Other Return Info and select Start next to Identity Theft Affidavit.
