IND-664-02 - If the Primary SSN appears more than once in the e-File database, then 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header must not have the value "Self-Select On-Line". - this is the message I am receiving. I have done more research and it is saying that the SSN was already used. As I mentioned, today was the day I filed and paid. I played with it about 3 weeks ago but didnt submit anything.
