Get your taxes done using TurboTax

A customer service representative at 1-800-4-INTUIT was able to help me resolve this issue. To reach a person say "No" to the automated "Shall I send you a password reset email?" prompt. Then say "Speak to representative".

The representative was able to email me a DIFFERENT personalized password reset link. 

Old link which did not work https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/account-recovery.html?...

New link which did work https://accounts.intuit.com/csr-confirm-password-reset.html?...

Those links will not wok unless customized. I guess you will need to call to get a personalized link.

Also, with the customer service rep on a CoBrowse session to see my screen, I had to force quit turbotax and restart it again to get out of the un-cancellable dialog box which was not allowing me to login for another 15 minutes.  Good luck!
