To add Form 1310 (Statement of Person Claiming Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer) using TurboTax:

Make
sure you are in your return.
- Click
My Account (in the blue bar at the top of the screen) and then Tools.
- In
the Tools Center, click on the blue Topic Search box.
- In the box, type 1310 and click GO.
You will be brought right to the form.
