No, you do not need to clear your data. Here are the steps (online):
- After sign in to your program, select Take me to my return
- To your left panel, simply select Upgrade
- See the attached screenshot
If this method does not work, to upgrade to Premier, follow these steps (online):
- While in the program,
- At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 'schedule e', and Enter ( pretending you are going to enter a rental which requires Premier edition)
- Select Jump to schedule e
- Follow prompts to upgrade
