I first asked similar question about 10 days ago and received a reply that a software update was coming soon. I saw an update associated with Form 2210 and resubmitted on 2/21. This was also rejected but when I opened TT it said that the return was not filed due to timing issue or processing error. So I e-filed again. And again I received the Form 2210 error. BTW I also tried to delete Form 2210, but it comes back again after I attempt to delete the form.
