I just got off of the phone with a rep. I was told that Turbo Tax does not retain original uploaded documents. Is this true? I need a copy of the uploaded document.

I need an original image of my W-2 that was uploaded. I was told by a Turbo Tax rep that Turbo Tax does not keep these originally uploaded files, is this correct? I am in the process of purchasing a home and the lender is requiring my W-2 and will not accept the "W-2 form" which is all that I can access. How do I go about retrieving the uploaded images?
