Get your taxes done using TurboTax

That is a 100% computer issue with your computer login credentials. It has nothing to do with TurboTax or the TurboTax program in any way. I'm familiar with the issue.
First, you need to back up anything you want to keep, including everything in your Documents folder. I can't stress the importance of this backup, because in the process of fixing this you ***WILL*** lose everything in your profile, including ***ALL*** of the .tax20nn files saved on your computer to the documents/turbotax directory. I'm not going to tell you what to do to fix this until you have confirmed you have backed up everything you don't want to lose, because you will *NEVER* be able to recover it without a backup.
