The TurboTax software does not deal with this at all. I did do some searching on this though, and it appears that https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/franchise/ is a good starting point to see and figure out specifically what you need to do. From what I can see, it would appear you can figure as well as pay, your franchise taxes online.
