An already-started online return can be completed and printed for postal mailing until November 15. To do so you have to pay all your TurboTax fees by credit or debit card. When filing by mail, you cannot choose to pay any fees out of your Federal refund. See the addiitonal info I left you in the next comment below.

You will not be able to efile if you did not make an attempt to do so prior to October 22. So if you had not tried to efile prior to Oct. 22, please ignore what I originally wrote about trying to efile with the 2014 AGI. Sorry for the confusion.]
