Can you help fix this error code: Intuit.Spc.Esd.WinClient.Api.GeneralException:Access to the database file is not allowed. [ 1914.File name =?
TurboTax 2017 Premier keeps hanging up when it tries to update TurboTax and I can't move forward. I've tried repairs twice and have also uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I've attached the latest pop up error. I'm using Windows 10 on a desktop. With Windows Defender. I have the latest Netgear router updates, Windows 10 updates. I've turned off the firewall to try to get the updates to work but the error pop up keeps coming up. Can you please help?
