My employer gave me a 1099-MISC (box 3 filled out) for a bonus from the sale of the company. How do I correctly enter this in turbotax?

There will be additional bonuses that come from the sale funds, which are being paid out incrementally over 3 years. Where should this income be posted in my tax return, and do I continue to file it the same way for future payments?
