Yes - You will need to include this income as self-employment income on your US income tax return.

Since you would be considered self-employed related to your hair cutting/styling business, so you can also take a deductionagainst this income for any business expenses that are considered "ordinary" and "necessary" for you business include shampoos, cutting scissors, etc. or other items used in her hairstyling business. (You could also take the chair rental as rental expense). You will include all of your business income and expenses on a Schedule C. TurboTax will help guide you through all the various deductible business expenses.

To enter Business income and expense information in TurboTax, log into your tax return (for TurboTax Online sign-in, click Here and click on "Take me to my return") type "Schedule c" in the search bar then select "jump to Schedule c". TurboTax will guide you in entering this information.
