I claim 0 and single, so why am I getting a small $2 refund and have to owe $80?

Last year I was with the same employer, and I got $191 from my refund and didn't owe anything. But this year my status was still the same but my refund was a measly $2 and I had to owe $80, is something wrong going on here?
