You certainly don't have to complete your tax filing in one sitting. TurboTax Online automatically saves your progress so when you sign out you can come back and pick up where you left off. Simply select Sign Out in the lower left corner and return when you are ready to finish.
Considering that this is a community forum were are unable to see your tax information to see how far along you are in the program. However if shouldn't take too long. Once you are near the end you will see File in the left side panel. You will answer a few questions, select your refund method, review your return and then submit.
