IRS payment bounced back from account from lack of founds. Will they to charge again on same account or should I pay somewhere else?

I selected the option to pay the IRS out of my savings account but they tried to take the money out of my checkings account, which did not have the fund needed, so the payment bounced back. Will they try to charge it again or should I pay on their website?
