When using Home and Business, the Federal Tax tab will actually be referred to as Personal (see attached screenshot - though that screenshot is from the online program the tab should look similar).
You can also use the search topics option in the desktop program. Type in W2 and click the W2 link that appears in the search box and it will take you to the W2 entry section so you can edit your W2.
