I did not receive a separate 8949, it is in Summary of proceeds and states refer to the 1099-B. My statement states the mounts shown are for informational purposes. So i take this as just a breakdown of the sale and Yes it does show a small loss due to broker fees. So do I still need to upgrade to premier
