My stock is worth $19.00 (I didn't even know I had it) and now turbotax says they cannot help me unless I pay 29.99....PLEASE HELP as I cannot afford -limited $$

I don't mind putting this in my taxes but I literally can't afford to pay so much for so little - doesn't make sense.  Please help me as I don't know what to do.  I'm on limited income.
