You are correct that you receive a 1099-G for Unemployment, but you may also receive one if you had a State Refund last year, or Paid Family Leave.
If you did not receive a 1099-G for any of these, you can Delete the 1099-G from your return.
In the left-side menu, choose Tax Tools > Tools, then 'Delete a Form' from the pop-up menu.
