TurboTax Live is only available on the Online versions of TurboTax. Therefore, if you have been using a CD/download version of TuboTax, the TurboTax Live assistance/upgrade is not available, as in order for a tax return to be reviewed, it has to have been prepared using an online version of TurboTax. You can utilize TurboTax Live by starting a return on in online version of TurboTax. See more information below:
