I purchased basic turbo tax worked on federal portion and now need to do the state portion but

I purchased TURBOTAX BASIC TAX YEAR 2017 MAC DOWNLOAD$49.99 Subtotal:

and now it wants me to pay more money to do my State Tax Return, when it stated it was included with this total???  If this is the case I'd rather have done it online??
