The 1099-MISC will not show in your Personal Income Summary however it will show up in the Business Income Summary. If you can see your 1099-MISC in your business income, it is reported correctly.
You will have to "re-visit" the 1099-MISC under the Business section and then you will be able to see the 1099-MISC and update the information as it relates to the 1099-MISC business income, expenses and status.
