Since the insurance was provided through work and not through the Marketplace, you will only need to answer that you did have insurance and that it was not through the Marketplace. You will not need any additional information for the program and you will not be penalized.
Your parents should have received a 1095-C form. It would not be bad if they provided you with a copy of this showing you had coverage on their plan for your personal records.
