In 2017 my wife sold a house in Poland. She got it in 1988 as a gift. Should we report something about this on our tax return?

In years 1988-2017, this house was used as our residence when we stayed in Poland, it was not an investment - our cousin maintained it during our absence in Poland. My wife does not have to pay any tax on this sale to Polish tax authority.
