To change your filing status to Married Filing Separately, follow these steps in TurboTax Online:
- Log into your Turbo Tax Online account.
- Select "Take me to my return"
- Click "My Info" located on the left side of your screen
- Click "Edit" next to your filing status
- From here you can change your filing status
