You can delete any entries that point to intuit.
To delete keychain entries.
You can use the Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access.app.
Select the Login Keychain, then use the "search" for intuit. You can then right click on and delete any that you do not want to keep. (or select an enter and Top menu bar -> Edit -> Delete).
