You don't need your ItsDeductible password, you need your keychain password. That's a call from the system, not a call from Turbotax. If the system is not accepting your keychain password, you may need to rebuild your keychain (which is a pain in the butt) or maybe contact an Apple Store Genius Bar. If you recently changed your Mac user password, try the last one.
