Hi - you don't need to enter the type of insurance you have.
- 1st page of health insurance: Indicate that you had coverage all year (or the period of time that all 3 of your 1095-B cover)
- 2nd page: select no to the question "Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2016?"
- That's it!
