Yes, since he was your child, under 19 years old, if he lived with you for more than half the year, you should be able to claim him as a dependent, unless he provided more than half of his own support. 

He would file his own tax return for the income he earned since he started working, and since you are claiming him, he would not be able to claim an exemption for himself. If he prepares his return with TurboTax, he will see a question asking if anyone else will be claiming him.

TurboTax will ask you the questions to see if you can claim him. Be careful to understand each question and answer all of them.
