1099-INT and 1099-DIV have to be prepared at the affiliate site QEF (Quick Employer Forms). That is included in the Home and Business purchase, but you have to use the QEF website, and you have to go there from inside your Home and Business program so it will recognize that you've paid.
- Launch your Home and Business program.
- Update if you haven't lately.
- Once the program is open, at the home screen you have to say you want to start a "new return" so you can get to the "1099 Reporter" screen. It's not starting a new tax return, just the 1099 Reporter. This will open the screen to get the link to the QEF website.
- On the home screen there is blue "Start a New Return" button. Click that.
- On the next screen, choose to prepare 1099s, then screen will expand to show you the option where you can choose 1099-INT.
- When you click to go to the QEF website, a token will be sent in the URL to show that you have a paid product.
