I have Turbo Tax CD/Download, and your procedure above does not work for me. I have slightly OVERpaid my taxes; the error checking keeps telling me to uncheck the box in Part II (Reasons for Filing) since it seems to recognize that I do not need to file that form. When I pull up the form, It will not let me manually uncheck the box. And when I try to click on the Delete Form box at the bottom of the screen, it seems to work for a few seconds, but then the form pops right back up. Help!
