I have Turbo Tax CD/Download, and your solution above does not work. I have slightly overpaid taxes, not underpaid. I pull up the form, click on the Delete Form box, and it WILL NOT go away. It will not let me manually change anything in the form, which seems to work for some. And I can't file my taxes!
