if you submitted/transmitted the return. there is nothing you can do now. wait to see if its accepted or rejected. if rejected you can fix and resubmit. if accepted, you'll have to wait until you receive your refund or the IRS accepts payment for the balance due and then file an amended return.
you only file one federal return on which you report all your income.
