Fidelity is offering a "discount" off the retail price. Read the posting on Fidelity after you have logged in to your Fidelity account. If you want that offer, which may not be the best available, you can only get that offer by connecting to TurboTax through the link on the Fidelity offer page. - If you use any other link to Turbotax you will not get the discount!.

Fidelity "Premium" customers get a larger discount - from the Fidelity page.but you have to be logged in as a premium customer - speak to Fidelity not here!
