You do not report your daughter's income on your joint tax return. You can still claim her as a dependent.
If the income reported on your daughter's form 1099-MISC is over $400, she is required to file her own tax return. She needs to indicate in the My Info section of TurboTax that she is claimed as a dependent by someone else.
She can use the Freedom version of TurboTax to file her return:
