I received a settlement check from Rocky Flats Settlement Claim in Colorado; but do not have a EIN. TurboTax is not allowing me to file without this number. What do I do?

I received a settlement check from Rocky Flats Settlement Claim in Colorado; but do not have a EIN. TurboTax is not allowing me to file without this number. What do I do?
I have no 1099-Misc and probably will not receive one.
