No, if your return already has the income reflected from the Form 1099-MISC (box 7 non employee compensation), you do not need to add it an additional time. If your return is still in progress and you would like your return to be more accurate, you could change the amount listed as (cash or additional) income by the amount of the form, and enter the 1099-MISC separately.
