I have not had American Health Insurance since the end of 2017, but I have had foreign health insurance. Do I select that I did have health insurance? It is not American health insurance, but insurance nonetheless. I was not in the country 330 consecutive days, as I did return to the US briefly for about a week within the last 12 months.
