New Jersey tax return print does not include Federal Schedule B Interest (more than $1500) but includes Form 8283 (Charitable Contribution). Turbotax 2018 Deluxe CD.

New Jersey tax return printout NJ1040 does not include Federal Schedule B Interest and Ordinary Dividend (more than $1500) but includes Form 8283 (Charitable Contribution). There is no credit in NJ for charitable contribution but Schedule B is mandatory for interest more than $1500. Please help how to include Schedule B and delete 8283 before NJ tax return is submitted electronically.
