There may be an issue with some of the Brokerage import process to TurboTax. However, you will be able to enter the Brokerage information manually in TurboTax. Here are the steps you can follow to enter the information.
- Start at the main Tax Home page of your account
- Click on Take me to my return
- Click on the top right Search icon, then type in the form name. If it is 1099-B, then type in 1099b or 1099div, etc.
- A jump link will appear, select the Jump to link, then it will direct you to the page
- Select Yes you have the information. Go through each page of the interview screen and fill in the information from your document
