I can help you fix that. Go back to the Illinois interview process. Edit Illinois. Click continue until you get to the page " A few things to Wrap Up" (see screenshot).
Click on Estimate Taxes for next year. Say Yes you want to work them. Ignore the questions and click continue until you see "Apply overpayment?" (see screenshot)
