How can I change my IL state tax refund from getting a check to applying it to next year's taxes. Never got a chance to make choice. Changed Federal but not State.
Haven't filed yet; this is not an amended return. Ready to file after making change
to IL refund. TT won't let me make any changes. I do not know the proper procedure.
