Most
refunds are disbursed within 21 days from the date they are accepted. However,
if you claimed the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit,
the IRS will begin issuing tax refunds on these returns on February 27,
2019 per the rules of the PATH act. If this
applies to you, you may not see an update until late February. For more
