To e-file my deceased mothers taxes it asks for an ID, whose ID do we use? We have to pay taxes and was going to have it directly taken out of the estate account.
I understand we use her SSN# but to e-file her 2017 taxes it requests an ID to verify identification.(driver's license, State ID, or other. Do we use her DL? she died 1/6/2018 or do we use the executors ID info to e-file?
