I actually was finally able to follow the path from ebates to the promo website. And it does take the additional discount off of the current discounted prices. I've attached a screen image to my answer below.
@basketball1981 Look at the screen image below. Is that how you started your return and worked on each time? Or did you end up using the regular TurboTax Online site?
